Aequum provides AI-powered lead generation and multi-channel advertising services. Our platform helps businesses discover qualified prospects and execute targeted advertising campaigns across various channels including social media, search engines, and other digital platforms.
Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis:
Payment terms will be established in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
A "qualified lead" is defined as a prospect who has demonstrated genuine interest in your product or service by responding to our advertising campaigns through actions such as form submissions, information requests, or meaningful engagement with your content.

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable.
Aequum's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
